A Master 200 gt has never learned this from their training manuals.

From RYA Yachtmaster to a Qualified MCA Master 200 gt or even a
full STCW code A-II/2 compliant captain
STCW compliancy for Skippers of Pocket Superyachts is still an important point of discussion.
All depends of the flag state of the registered vessel.
Many Years ago, maritime authorities blocked the door between the RYA Yachtmasters and the pure Professional Qualifications.
Even with a standard UK Commercial endorsement, this qualification needs to be upgraded to an MCA Master 200 gt unlimited.
Which means extra seatime and courses.
On top of that, your license will need to be endorsed by the Flag State of your vessel is not registered under UK flag.
