How Does It Work?
3-Step Process:

Register Your Credentials – STCW certification, experience

We review your experience and a match with our clients and portfolio

We are only selecting Crew Members for at least seasonal jobs. Generally asignments for a longer period
Who We're Looking For
We're Seeking Crew Members with at least 1 year of experience in the Yachting Industry serving NHWI clients
on Private or Commercial Luxury Yachts
in the segment of 55' to 80'
Requirements:

Experience on luxury private yachts or catamarans

Can demonstrate an positive attitude working in small teams (3 to 4 people)

Experience of being on board during long distances and Ocean Crossings

Minimum STCW Basic Safety
